Hello, I won't say that I have 20 years of experience, have worked on thousands of projects, because all that means very little to a new employer with a new project. Here on freelancer I'm just starting up, but you will already see, if you check my profile, that the employers that selected me are always returning with new jobs. Instead I'm saying that I'm more than willing for a test run of a couple of pages of the book you need to be done, so that you can see what I'm offering, and only if you are 100% satisfied with the results, we could proceed with whole job. Although I must say, that this project is a pretty simple one, had done similar ones earlier, if you wish I could send you a couple of pages from those (was working with a printer and from time to time some authors emerged who wanted to reprint they'r books, just they didn't had the prepress files, so we scanned those books for reproduction, and usually they turned out ok, considering the process)... The work of editing images in Adobe Photoshop would be time consuming , but possible in three days. Need two more days to do the job of editing in Adobe InDesign . Considering the number of pages.

I have done page layout and magazine design. I see the bulk of the time to be taken up with the grey grading to white. Depending on the source of the original jpg, some pages may not be as pure white.
