Build +1 bot

I need bot where I can import g+ accounts and proxies.1st main option -  +1 a link I will paste with logged accounts - Multithread and 1 tread option- Schedule with random time beetween every +1 (from 1 sec to couple hours). This random time I would like to set. Something like "do +1's with random delay of x seconds to y seconds" - Bot must recognize if captcha needed or "set additionaly email-phone" message and get rid of that. If possible integrate with some recaptcha service2nd main option - share post (one post shared by loaded accounts to PUBLIC, same options schedule like before)After log-in toan account make option in security tab about third party apps disabled.
