Use Salient theme and Geo directory plugin to create a directory site. I am having mock-ups and logo designed. I will install the theme and plugin, as well setup all the plugin details (custom fields for searching, profiles, etc). You will be required to create the pages for the site based on the mock ups. You will also be required to know how to do coding and make a few custom edits to the plugin i.e monetize the location field for listing, have city only display for listings except those that pay to have full location. I have domain, WP account and full geodirectory plugin features.
