Build a Joomla Feature using Fabrik -- 2

I would like to have a feature done on my Joomla Website using Fabrik for freelance writing feature, where registered users can claim their article from a list that all registered users can see for a set time which counts down, and if not completed within that time it will be re-published back to the list. 1. General List 2. Claim Article which goes into the user's personal claimed list which shows the status either Draft, Submitted, Unclaimed or Rejected. 3. Forms/Field with buttons (Draft, Submit or Unclaimed) 4. If the timer runs out or unclaimed their ID is blacklisted from claiming that article again.
