Build a photographer's website

I am looking for a classy, minimalistic web site design for my portfolio with uncomplicated functionality. I don't want anything fancy or busy. the heroes must be the photos in my portfolio (mostly in landscape orientation) which I hope you will enjoy. I have strong ideas about design aesthetics and will furnish adequate references of the kind of website I am looking for. Obviously what we need to come up with is original but I'm pretty clear on design and style direction. I encourage constructive creative dissent, but at the end of the day you should know that the veto on aesthetic feel and style, will vest with me. I'm *not* a professional photographer...I'm retired and have spent all of 15 years travelling with a Nikon DSLR doing mostly street photography. B&W's are something I am partial to. I have an extremely low budget for this project. However for an aspiring website design professional I can assure you that when finished this project will occupy pride of place in your portfolio. I would like to discuss with a few select individuals based on their existing portfolios. To accomplish something which is original and creative, we must partner well. This would involve good chemistry between us so the discussion is important in the selection process. Age, sex, nationality, culture are unimportant to me. You must be bright, and want to be the best in your area of work. I'm looking for someone so good that in the next 5 years, she or he can be my claim to fame! ;) I live in New Delhi, India. Who knows, if you're selected and we end up creating a darned good website together, there could be the possibility of you staying with me should you ever choose to visit my country. Of course...this is not a promise so don't throw that at me later. There are subjectives involved...an assessment of the quality of what we produced, how we bond and finally if my wife agrees! ;)
