Build a Website

I would like someone to make me a website, perhaps in Joomla, which allows me to host a website similar to Kickstarter or another platform like it. Key elements to this project include: 1. The website should be very open in design, as a fresh feel, not cluttered 2. It needs to be very SEO friendly 3. It needs the ability to integrate with PayPal to receive the funds from the funders and also to dispense funds to the successful project owner 4. I would like a user-friendly admin system which allows for multiple users to control the website, such as moderation, etc There will be more key elements which will evolve as I learn more about your skills and abilities, so please keep that in mind. This is not a complicated project, and there's plenty of themes already out there that can be used for this, and I'm happy if one of those are used, assuming that the alterations that I require are completed. Having said that, please keep in mind the budget for this project. It's not very high due to the simplicity that this project really is.
