Build a Website For A Consulting Business

Description of the business: Consulting firm providing various services to SME (small and medium enterprises). I'm looking to get somethingthat will incoporate [login to view URL] AND [login to view URL] Being able to sell and process payments for online documentation/templates. Must also have the ability to upload documents, as well as sell business plans and other documentation online so will require the following: Customer Information upon 'registering' - Needs to provide exportable (csv) information on user data including: address phone number e-mail address IP of registration date of registration Order History - Needs to provide exportable (csv) information on user order data, including Product/service purchased Type Order status (paid & accepted, processing, shipped, refunded) Buyer's name Buyer's information + email address + phone number + address Date of purchase Each item/product sold must display a unique id number Each item/product must have a unique id code number associated with it IP address when purchase is placed Ability to add news releases/press releases as a live feed Ability to create and accept "Discount Codes" - Needs to have the functionality to be able to create & accept discount codes that would automatically discount the item by the specified discount amount at checkout (from 0% - 100% of item price) Taxes - Need to have the ability to apply taxes based on user's state / province and country of purchase ID and Discount Codes - Needs to have the functionality to create timed (start time / activation time & date - expiry time and date) discount codes that are automatically generated either as single-use codes for a specified user-group or as a general discount code available to all users that can be used multiple times within a set time-period. API to ESP for automated HTML e-mails - Needs to have the capability to create automated HTML e-mails that are sent via CRON API to the ESP for disbursement. - Ability to create feeds that can pull/scrape from other sources and post on the website -Ability to have XML feeds that are able to pull from this site onto other websites
