Email Proposals and Welcome Pack

I am a small business in the Manchester, UK providing web design, google adwords and seo to small to medium sized businesses. I need someone with knowledge of wordpress web design and internet marketing strategies to develop email offers and proposals along with welcome packs explaining who we are and what we do. If the successful applicant complete's the work to high standard we are looking for someone to join the team and work with us on a long term basis. We have a small budget so please keep this in mind when bidding for the job, however there is lots more work available.
