Animated graphic game: Atomic Thrill

Hello! I have over 10 years of experience working on games and many of those were working with Adobe Flash. I can create the game in Flash to run in Chrome that would give you a crisp and clean graphic animation for a bigger screen as well as an external XML file that loads values you can edit very easily. I've done this in the past working with game designers for them to quickly prototype gameplay. I can detect the last drawing of the day by how many minutes between drawing, the current time, and your stop time. Even adding "Final Drawing", or text at the end, "That was the final drawing of the day, check back tomorrow!" Before the drawing starts for the next day, I can add text like, "Drawing starts at :" then the start time you set. I have proposed 2 milestones. One for when I've completed the basic game functionality including the bomb animation but without sounds. And a final milestone for when the project is finished, sounds have been added, bomb animation polished, and I've included all the changes you want. You can find animation examples on my profile. I would aim for a casual cartoon-ish look with a round black bomb and digital countdown clock. My last flash game I used an external XML file for was Auro. I'll add a video to my portfolio of an internal value editor I used on Deep that you may find easier. It'll be listed as In-Game Value Editor Example.
