Band logo

Hey there guys, I'm pretty new around here and am still trying to wrap my head around some of the fantastic pieces I have seen thus far, with that being said I am still quite a novice when it comes to the regulations and request requirements so please bear with me. I am the leader of an alternative pop group called "The Palmettos". We have kicked around a few lackluster logos over the years but are hot on the heels of releasing our debut studio EP. Due to this fact we most certainly would like a more professional looking logo. Generally, the logo has always included a palm tree but we are open to just about anything that fits the bill. I have included a few of the logos we have used previously below in a link, and a few logos we admire from similar artists, hoping it might garner some creative influence or just a sketch to bounce ideas off of. Abstract is always beneficial but we are totally down with simplifying it, as it might make merchandising a bit easier in the long run. Unfortunately, we would have to come upon a logo we absolutely saw as a realistic contender to begin fine tuning it, but if this came to pass we would have no issues fairly compensating the artist at whatever price they may choose. Furthermore, having a small following on instagram (@ThePalmettos), we would be more than happy to give credit to the artists page, feasibly providing the artist with more future work from various contemporary artists.
