Church Anniversary Art Design on Program

Hello, My church is preparing for it's annual church anniversary/pastor appreciation. And we are searching for someone to create a design from our vision and theme to place on the front of our church program. Our theme is entitled: Tried in the Fire Purified As Gold for Purposes; and basically we desire to capture the visualization of someone going through the process of a fire. We are also going with a firefighter theme as well. So, the design must show a before, during, and after effects of a fire. Design Description/Concept: In the middle of the page/design, we want a tall fire. On the left side, we want TWO regular firemen in their gear walking towards the fire. We then want a fireman inside the fire. And finally, we want a FIRE Chief in his gold gear on the right side. (This should symbolize going thru a fire). And we also want, a picture of our leaders on the top of the fire. (This should capture our theme and vision of going thru life challenges, but after you go thru them, you are much better for going thru them). We desire the design to have a WOW factor and eye catching. Please note: anyone who is interested in doing this assignment; I will be requesting designs of prior work.
