CONCEPT ARTIST needed to sketch, draw, and color a conceptual artwork piece of an architechural building for a presentation

Looking for a CONCEPT ARTIST to sketch, draw, then color/finish a conceptual artwork piece of an architechural structure for a proposal presentation. This art project should show a realistic building. Drawing people in the piece helps provide perspective. • Project budget: $55 USD • Possible $10 USD "tip" for a job-well-done at the conclusion of project. • 3 Milestones: Initial award $25) to begin project of 1st draft through a third draft after feedback, final award ($30) once completed satisfactorily. Tip (if any) awarded after completed project. • Timeline: 1st draft review within 3 days of initial award date. Final piece due within 10 days of initial award date. • Project details: • the piece is set at night time during the Spring. • concept artwork of an old broadway style theater. It has a "castle" quality look to it with aspects of castles in its archetchure. • there are colorful stained glass windows at the front of the building in multiple spots. • above the marquee is the name of the theater in lights THE MEIGS THEATER • the marquee is covered in lights and looks spectacular. In block letters on the marquee sign is TONIGHT IN CONCERT: DONNY & MARIE OSMOND TOMORROW NIGHT ONLY: DOLLY PARTON • the building should sit a little farther back on the page, and slightly angled to show the depth of the building. The back half of the building is twice as tall as the front half (the ceiling above the stage is much higher to allow stage pieces to rise up and out of sight. • beautiful landscaping should be seen in the foreground with a large water fountain spraying water into the air. • 2 sets of search lights pointed to the sky at angles behind the building near its back 2 corners. There should be 4 beems of light shooting upward in the night sky. • rolling hills covered in dark green pine tree forest is in the background. Samples of elements will be provided as reference.
