You will have to create 5x10 different, attractive and unique badges as a rewarding system for tests in 5 different skill categories: 1) communication/ people skills 2) management/leadership skills 3) analytical skills 4) creative skills 5) technical/physical skills. More details for inspiration in file 1 (chart of skill). Per category you will have to create 10 level badges. You don't have to add level 1, 2, ..., but people should notice that the level 10 badge is superior in level than a level 5 badge for example. Ihave added a few examples (file 2) Badges should not be too simplistic, but visually attractive (see file 3) and should have a link with the category they are designed for. Please give me an estimated budget and estimated time. We prefer candidates who can show us an example of how they would design these badges.
