Design a motion graphics for my website using J-script.

I need a moving graphics similar to [login to view URL] but with some different designs, which will depict some message sending procedure from one point to other. Its like some set of nodes representing locations, with some dotted connection(or any other thing which you may suggest). Here some light will blink from source node passing through the path, ending to the destination node. Finally a "message delivered" kind of symbolic representation. All this motion graphics is to be used as my website header (so design according to the aspect ratio feasible with header image). Here is something I came up with (see attached image), but it does not have any animations/ motion. So I want something better than this with motion.
