Design 9-10 pages of a online desktop web app

Hello, I am looking for a freelancer with U.S. standard modern design experience. Must show prove with portfolio work. The designer will need to create designs for about 10 various pages of the platform. The platform will be a web app, that users will access like a website, and must look great on Mobile and Desktop. I will provide you with the followings 1. Business specs for the app (just so you can understand what it is) 2. Wireframes (they simply show what elements should be on each page.
