Calling all artists and creative types! Our company is putting a different spin on the “typical” marketing stunt and trying something new. We love art, and we want to encourage more of it. Ultimately, we want to put a smile on people’s faces. Here’s why we want YOU! Our Concept and proposal: • We will pay you $10, sorry we only only have very limited budget • We are not looking for masterpieces just something meaningful to you! • 100% non-negotiable: you must be located within the United States • You can paint, draw, photo/edit: o Nature o Plants or trees o The Great Outdoors o The more local (to you) inspirations, the better! What’s special to you about nature? • Picture needs to be around 5 x 7 inches • If Digital, DPI as high as you can get • Front of the picture must include: o Your name o Our name: [login to view URL] • Please no: o Nudity o Religious symbols o Violent depictions o People o human-made objects Process for submission: 1. Message us if you are interested a. Let us know: i. Your art medium ii. Where you live iii. What you plan on doing/your concept for submission iv. When you plan on being done, no more than 72 hours 2. When we respond with: That sounds amazing!!! a. Please spend a little bit of time being wondrously creative. AKA Doing what you do best! 3. For your final approval, please send us the highest quality picture you can, we will need to approve it for the next step (we don’t want you to waste your time if it won’t be approved) a. Picture: i. Best photo you get us! ii. 5 MB or higher iii. Center photo with no obstructions b. Please also include in the email: i. location you intend to show your work, read #4 for directions if this does not make sense 1. Preferred location: your local coffee shop or craft brewery 2. Name of location 3. Address 4. Optional: Your Social Media links (Facebook pages, Instagram names) a. If you want to do a cross promotion b. While this is marketing, we honestly want to help as best we can 4. Final step: a. After you have submitted your artwork and it has been approved by us (Step 3) head over to your favorite coffee shop or craft brewery and pin your masterpiece on the message board or another approved location i. Please makes sure no parts of your art are obstructed b. Take the best photo of your work on the bulletin board as you can and send us a copy. Your step 3 or 4 post will be posted to the masses! Legal stuff: • You allow plantvill to use your: o Name/brand o Work, done for “Calling all artists and creative types!” for commercial purposes without permission and without any additional compensation; • You only use your original work; • We are not be responsible for any plagiarized work; Why we are doing this: We are a small company based in Boulder, Colorado, and we truly want to try something different. We have spent the last year developing a 100% new green/bio product that is something that we think will positivity impact people everywhere.
