Graphic design for website

I have an old website that needs to be refreshed and modern in look and feel. Unfortunately I have already spend money on having an Indian based company develop the site, but the site lacks a strategy and looks unfinished. What I need is someone who can come with suggestions on how the design can be made. Take lead of the project and suggest pictures, other colours , layout etc etc. Just selecting a new wordpress theme and copying content is not an option. I would prefer to have the company I already work with do the actual implementation ( as they have already been paid ) My customer has only a few requirements ( for now ) They have three colours being used in their marketing material that should somehow be implemented on the website. Besides that you have almost free hands. They like a 'one pager' responsive design but not all content can be put on one side though. The perfect idea for me was to have a few pictures to show them on how the design could be made, and then have the company implement this afterwards . My guess is that if I get a few design suggestions from you we might iterate once or twice on these, and send them off to be implemented in Wordpress. It is important that you take responsability and lead on the project and suggest photos to use ( from shutterstock) colourcombinations etc. Their 'base' colours are attached.
