CS GO lotto webpage with adjustable pots

I need a webpage where CS GO gamers can disposit CS GO case keys to get a chance to win a pot. The pot should be made out of the disposited items. THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE ITEMS IS KEYS! This means the more players that play, the bigger the pot total will get, but the samller the chance of winning will be. But every player should be able to buy more tickets. 1 ticket = 1 key. The page should have different types of pots. I want the webpage to have a pot generator, which can generate a pot with specific expirering time. Like for example a pot that ends every week and a pot that ends maybe every day. There should be a fee on every pot going to the Admin of the page, which also should be adjustable.
