Make a website for Nordic Apartments in Reykjavik Iceland

We need a simple, elegant, but yet effective web site to attract customers to book at our apartment hotel. Site needs to be responsive (big screens to phone screens). We want the web site made in a web platform like Wordpress or Joomla for our convenience to be able to control, add and change later. This html form we (the buyer) will then take and embed into our automatic e-mail system that adds some variables to include personal information on the booker and the booking, in that way the email becomes personal, exact and dynamic.
