We're a lifestyle brand trying to establish ourselves in the market, with the courage to dream big despite no financial backing. You can learn more about us at- [login to view URL] We're looking for graphic designers who can help us design Tshirts, posters, stickers and other merchandise. The brief from the design would come from us, basis which the designer should develop a very rough version of the idea (even hand drawn is ok!). On seeing this basic version, we will then take a call as to which ones to take ahead and develop into printable graphics. The final payout would be basis the number of printable graphics delivered. Of course, for each brief, the more variations of the rough version the designer can share, the higher the chances that we will like at least one of them and hence, higher the payout! The payout model- Rs.300 per finalized design for text-heavy designs. Rs. 500 per finalized design for illustration heavy designs. Some sample designs we have already printed are attached here.
