I need a monthly newsletter that has already been designed updated monthly. It should be pretty simple. I will attach the front page and once the job has been awarded I'll attach the back page. This will only be a few hours work so I will not award the project for over $30 US. I will need to able to make as many changes as I like until I am completely happy with the finished product - so some patience is required. If we work well together this will result in lot of other graphic design work. Because of the small changes that I know I will want to make I request someone with pretty good english - that can grasp the details of what I am saying.

I use mostly and am proficient in Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign for most projects and am conversant in most other design programs including Corel Draw, Signpro. Flash etc.
