I am lookikng for someone to make me a 3D rendering of a site. I have added 2 documents. A site plan draft and images on a word document that are similar to what I am looking for. The Rendering is to be similar to the pictures in the word document. Pavers in the street, nice sidewalks, light posts, etc..all of the details you see. You can also get creative by putting a fountain in t he middle so cars drive around. The center is to have 3 levels. 2 levels of restaurant space and 1 level above to be for offices. The images show a 2 story level, 1 story 2nd floor and a 2 story 3rd floor. I would like all levels to be 2 stories. I would like as much detail as possible. In t he back is the parking garage. I have indicated where the parking garage will go and you can see in the pictures how the entrance should look. There is a picture of the entrance of the parking garage in the word documents. Please be very detailed and add cars, people, etc..I am sure there will be questions for the person who is awarded this job.
