Hello, I found a great form to input issues when testing for web accessibility issues. These issues only include WCAG 2.0 guidelines. The form's license gives permission to edit. I'd like to add rows for the 2.1 guidelines. It would also be nice to be able to turn the options on or off with a checkbox. Also - is it possible to allow table cells in this form to be hyperlinked? I can add them once one row is completed so I can see how that works. Information is in the /resources folder

though I don't understand your project clearly, I know I can handle it with my experiences in Java, JavaScript, PHP , web back-end and Front end, it should be an easy pizzy for me.
