From booking artists for shows, hiring models for photoshoots, bartenders for shifts, providing them with work specifications in terms of clothing specifications, hours of work, various contracts that need to be signed before being registered into the companies directory and the various onboarding work associated with working on the companies history, welcome documents for it's various subprograms and departments, you have a project management background and human resources experience. From developing KPIs that are in line with the company, you are a fast learner able to use Google Hangouts, has access to Whatsapp, and able to navigate digital systems and the company's own platform to be able to support the growing service providers and local workers of the company. As a remote secretary, you are responsible for organizing and developing a range of the companies processes and making sure the various meetings, events, and schedules of the CEO is not only planned in advance to start saving him time and money, you are working with him to develop the human resources plan based on his production experiences and supporting the growing talents that's been part of advancing the company so far, with the fiscal year ending in February, you are responsible in consolidating all the various talents that's been part of supporting the growing of the brand while working to make sure there's a growing hiring and onboarding that's happening within the company's sales, volunteer, and promotion plans. Within a range of our programming applications being filtered to come to the labels HR department of whom will not only sign the talents but schedule them for the various programs they are being casted for, you will be able to start developing a confirmation of the output/hour of the brand within 24 hours of work while projecting to support the ability for the brand to plan ahead as the various programs kickstart up. Ideal service provider should be able to provide 24/7 responsiveness in dealing with a range of issues within the company and external. As this is a long term residual opportunity, looking for talent wanting to grow with the label with a lot of tech, customer service and management experience, not only able to interview, develop documents, but follow up with the various inquiry and need to consolidate all conversations within the label. As we are slowly working in transitioning talents towards using the platform to check their portfolios and much more. You are the talent responsible for making sure this is done to the best standard. Please keep in mind that as we are burnaby based, you will need to both be able to service our 9am to 9pm market while making sure the talents that come into the label as outsourced workers can meet the same criteria.
