Collage of 7 portraits (not just copy & paste of pictures!)

Dear Freelancer, we would need a collage of 7 portrait pictures to one harmonic picture. The purpose is that we need a picture of the 7 board members (business decision context) for a communication in our intranet. As we will not get those 7 people in one room for a normal picture we have to create one new out of various pictures available from each member of the board. The picture should show a business meeting context e.g., all sitting around a round table but detailed enough that each person could be identified (on a size of 400*300). This could be done in drawing the scene new (maybe in a comic way but as its business not too funny) or by modifying the existing pictures and using them in a new setup. Please respond with some ideas and maybe a mockup showing which kind of business scene you would imagine to do this work. Thanks Dieter Dratwa
