Hi Freelancers, We are looking for a super creative architect help us design a new office space - something functional & amazing that would be showcased in a 'world's coolest offices' spread. Here are some details: 1. 4000 sq foot space 2. open concept 3. work area needs 3 zones for 3 teams (sound proofing is a must) - each team can have 6-10 members. The teams should be able to interact with eachother but not be distracted by eachother 4. open ceilings / no ceiling tile 5. conference room 6. place for free thought / creativity 7. any other cool thing you would add. If anyone is interested, PM me any questions about the office space, our company, our design goals, etc. For final product, I'd be looking for a plan a builder could follow along with a 3-d render of the space to conceptualize it.
