Sales Director/ Manager

I am about to launch my Software as a service company in 2-3 weeks. [login to view URL] I am able to find many inexpensive freelancers for lead generation, demo, email marketing and all but I need someone at a higher level to work with me on building a sales organization while capturing actual sales (have more customers, beta customers, trials, etc).. Focus is sell.. sell.. partner.. partner.. sell.. trial.. trial.. etc. Your effectiveness will be measured by # of beta customers (B2B and B2C companies who use our products/ services for free), # of paid customers in 3-6 months and how creative you are in coming up with various sales strategies to reach out to maximum potential customers. RoboNegotiator must solve problem for our customers. We don't want to charge them. However, we want them to try with our FREE plan. We will have PRO and PREMIUM plan in future too but for now, we want more beta customers (for free) and initial customers. I will need you 10 hours/ week in beginning and you must be USA based. Engagement is likely to grow from 40 hours/ month in July to possibly full time 160 hours in October depending on your progress/ results. I am here as well as on other freelancers sites so you should assume that I have lofty vision without much funding for my start-up so my budget will grow with results delivered (and not on future promises). If you have dealt with automobile industry, real estate, travel industry (cruise, hotel rooms, ..) and expensive wholesalers and others, it would be advantageous. Bid for 40 hours for now so I can have apple to apple comparison.
