Send Marketing Message to Local Musicians

I am looking for someone to find and email (preferred), facebook, or submit through a website 50 local bands performing in 3 cities (total of 150 bands). The steps would be as follows. 1. Find list of local live music performances in each city. 2. Locate an email address, a facebook page, or submission through musicians (or band) website. 3. If email address, log the email address and name of band in an excel spreadsheet. 4. If facebook page or submission through musicians website, log the website page address used for submission and send a preset message to musician. I will provide the message to send and the excel template I would expect returned.
