Write a marketing plan

I have a new project which involves launching a range of technical products and services. The business plan for the project is reasonably well developed, but the marketing section is poor and really needs to be written from scratch. The project range includes involves the launch of an range of apps which is aimed largely at business users. The apps can be used to promote the customers organization, but also for practical process related purposes such as managing workflow, sign-offs, approvals. The target customers will be Small-to-Medium Enterprises, who feel that an app would be useful to their business, and are keen to explore the possibilities Related to this the company will also offer IT architecture to link apps to the customers new or existing website, or provide the complete solution including tablets and mobile devices for dedicated purposes (such as data collection). In the longer term the company will offer a broader range of hardware (installed and maintained) including for example large touch display screens in retail premises. I am looking for someone with strong marketing skills to write a first draft marketing plan which will be included as part of the broader business plan. Deliverables for this job will be an outline plan (five to ten pages) which will must address the following: - detail the priorities for marketing plan - propose strategy/methods to bring visitors to the website - outline other approaches to finding customers (eg - trade shows, other advertising/promotional avenues) - retention strategy - define next steps, and outline longer term objectives Most important - estimate what the marketing budget should be!
