iOS developer needed for simple proof of concept speech to text app.

We are looking for a developer to create a simple speech to text iOS app with no GUI that executes following tasks: 1. Allows a user to create an audio recording using the phones microphone 2. Simultaneously transcribes the words a user is saying in real time using apples speech to text API 3. Saves both an audio file of the recording and saves a text file of the transcription 4. Creates a time log of each word spoken 5. Allows playback of the audio file 6. When the audio file is played back, uses the time log to sync the audio file with the transcription, in order to allow the currently spoken word in the audio file to be highlighted in the transcription during playback. 7. There must be no limitation on how long the audio recording can be and the transcription must continue transcribing indefinitely until the user stops the process. 8. The transcription must be as accurate as possible. The developer can use a simple GUI of their own discretion - we just want to see this functionality work and if it does, we will be able to use the code and implement it into a current solution we are building. This is a fixed price job, all you have to do is produce a simple app with the above functionality and send it to us to test, if it works we review the code and release your payment.
