iPhone Radio Application to Play mms Audio Streams

I am looking for a provider that will develop an iPhone Radio App to play mms audio streams. mms audio streams are not natively supported by iPhone SDK however there are applications that can support mms streams such as fstream ( uses libmms common library [login to view URL] ). The project could involve porting both the libmms and ffmpeg libraries for the iPhone. The user interface will be very simple; a volume control, play/stop button.
