I have developed one framework using JUnit for my project. Based on your requirement, we need following steps. 1. Will create one class for Extracting data from external file (Excel or XML) and store those details to DB. 2. Will create Driver script class, In this class we configure JUnit and we can call all the test cases from this class, and we can externally generate results from this class (like Excel or Html results). This class drives the entire framework flow. Finally from this class we can destroy the data (tearDown method). I did not get your 3rd point, As per my understanding we need to check some thing, We can create class for comparing two values. If you provide more details on this, we can dig more.
