HTML Web designer needed to design several pages

I am looking to have some custom designs done for my website in html as the content editor in the back end of the site is very limited in terms of design capabilities. I need the homepage and several subpages designed (around 6 pages in all). The current website is viewable via this link, www.allaboutlaw.co.uk. The website template I use is fine, I just want the central parts to be re-designed on the Homepage and several others (i.e. Firms, Chambers, Schools, Areas of Law, Tips & Advice). I want a designer that can come up with some of their own ideas, has a proven track record and is capable of providing a top quality finish. Also, I am not proficient in html so the designer must be will to make tiny amendments here and there for the forseeable future (i.e. changing an article title, a link or a picture - very minor and brief adjustments). Ideally I will be looking for several trial designs for each page for me look at. I will give you a full brief of what I want to be included. Would be highly favourable if you have any previous work to show me.
