220607 One Page Site Template

Alright, this will be the 3rd time I have posted this project. I am only open to US Programmers ONLY!! Unless you can show me a mockup before i accept your bid (A URL needs to be posted to your mockup in the PMB), and you can have the complated project to me in 24 hours after accepting the project. I will only deal with escrow on SL, nothing else. You must have a phone number, and be on AIM/MSN/ICQ/Y!. This is a requirment. All Programmers Must have 10 Positive Feed backs with at lest an 8 or better review before being considred. If not you will be removed from the bids. If you are not a US Citizen, you will also be removed. I will be accepting a bid in 24 - 36 hours from the time of this posting. So if you are available now please bid. If you are not avaialbe, don't bid. At the time I make my selection in you will have 15 minutes to accept the project. If not accepted in 15 minutes, I will offer it to someone else. A Review will not be completed untill I have tested the template, and have you make any corrections I need. Escrow will be released in 3 parts. 25% at the acceptance of the project, 25% on delivery, and 50% at the time I am satisfied with the product (Implemented in to my site). If you do not agree with any of the above terms, DO NOT BID. AND DO NOT WAST MY TIME POSTING SPAM IN THE MESSAGE BOARD, I WILL IMEDIATLY ACCEPT YOUR BID THEN FILE A NEGATIVE RECORD ON YOUR REVIEW. PROJECT DETAILS: I need a template & logo design for my professional website ([login to view URL]). I do not need anything fancy, but it must be eye appealing and easy to edit and NOT graphic intense. This tempalte will be parsed by my own PHP scripts or in using Joomla with data and other information. You will be providing me with the HTML, CSS, and All Sliced Images. This is for a brand-new site layout. I only need the template design done, light on the graphics, a logo, and color selection by a creative individual. In terms of style, I want a very conservative look that will appeal to my clients who will be typically inquiring who I am, work I have done, and my resume. The template will need to be simple and easy to add content and modify if needed. I will not accept a template that is created from template portals. Please make it unique. If I find the template used else where, I will fle a complaint with Script Lance, and i will also file a copyright violation to your local authorities. I will require the creation file either it be PSD (Adobe Photoshop), PSPIMAGE (Corel Paint Shop Pro), or other file format. For an expierenced HTML/Graphics desinger, this should only take you about a good solid hour, two at most. I am very limited on funds, but if I find the right person at the right price, I will have more work avaiable in the very near future on 3 different other projects. The file attachment is something I liked and was not provided with proper materials. But is something I like and you are more than welcome to build off that.
