Hello ! Could you please send me some docs of the web service (SOAP) you intend to use for the resulting XML? Is there some XSD/WSDL available on their side, somewhere I can see it ? Does the code need to be integrated into an existing platform (and if so, if you could also mention what platform it is), or should it built as standalone, web interfaced ? Does this project require any graphical/design part from the provider ? I plan on using Zend Framework for the code, that is PHP, and MySQL as storage engine, if need be. I've been working (and currently working) on too many SOAP/REST/XML projects before (both server and client side) and I know my way around these technologies, so this is not gonna be a problem. This doesn't seem to me like a one-shot project, but rather a long run partnership you'll need, and you'll have my support for any further development needed, details to be discussed about pricing and availability.
