You will get your service charges only if no functionality is missing and it works exactly like the on line version or better. Step 4: Test the dictionary with different words both Swedish and English and compare the results with the on line version. Both should give exactly the same result functionality wise and user interface wise. You can change the user interface but no compromise on functionality.
