Quy trình tiệm vỉa hè:
- Khách vào order và thanh toán ở thu ngân
o Mỗi khách sẽ có 1 mã số.
o Đơn sẽ tự động clear ngay khi nhận thanh toán của khách nên không cần thể hiện số bàn (tương tự như bán lẻ của siêu thị)
o Màn hình của thu ngân đơn giản chỉ có menu, chọn số lượng rồi bấn thanh toán
- Thu ngân nhập order của khách hệ thống link qua bên giao bánh
- NV giao bánh sẽ nhìn vào màng hình sẽ biết được order của từng đơn cũng như tổng sô lượng còn cần phải làm để báo cho bên làm bánh.
o Màn hình của giao bánh hiển thị số lượng tầm 7 đơn 1 lượt, kèm 1 cột tổng số đơn còn cần phải làm. Khi đã gia bánh cho khách thì nv chỉ cần bấm vào đơn = clear đơn (chỉ 1 thao tác)
hệ thống bên thu ngân chỉ đẩy order qua bên giao hàng còn việc clear đơn của thu ngân và giao hàng không liên quan đến nhau, có nghĩa là bên thu ngân clear đơn sau khi khách thanh toán/ còn bên giao hàng sẽ clear đơn theo đơn giao.
