Simple WebRTC desktop client

Basis ==== Simple WebRTC desktop client. Browser independent (does not require a web browser or browser components). Written in Java or C#. Its OK to use ready libraries and / or examples written by others and customize them, there is plenty of available work out there. Only restriction is the third party libraries or components must be either LGPL or BSD license. Design ====== Simple desktop application on Windows or Linux. One single screen. Screen must show three small streams at the bottom and one large stream (enlarged copy of one of the bottom streams) on top. User enters the three stream URLs on the screen, the client connects (user/password or https may be required) to all three streams, and displays the first one on top. Client clicks on one of the three small streams and the application switches the top big one to that stream. That's all. Deliverable ========== Full source code project including any third party libraries. I must be able to build myself self-contained, I don't want to go and download extra stuff. Licensing ======== I don't care. You can reuse the project code, sell it to other clients, or post it public for others to use, whatever.
