ERC20 Smart Contract

We require an experienced Solidity developer to create an ICO ready, pre sale and crowd sale smart contract based on ERC20. All variables should be able to be edited easily i.e. total supply, initial supply, decimal places, how many tokens an ETH will buy etc. Plus start/end dates. Non burnable token and capped functions should be there too. The contract will need to have a refund function that if we don't hit a set amount of ETH investors will get a refund. This also needs to be an editable variable. Contract will be tested on a test network and it will audited for exploits to ensure it's safe before final payment is released. There may need to be additional functions built as well so please allow these in your bid.
