JOOMLA - RT Template Customizing - CREATIVITY NEEDED!!

I need someone that is creative with preferably photoshop skills I would assume. My site has RT Vortex theme installed. I need custom color and borders done. When I say changing borders and colors, I am not talking about the options within the template. I know the template has different color options. I am talking about a shiny painted look and chrome borders. Main colors will be Black, Yellow and Grey with Chrome. This is a motorcycle site. I can send you examples and more info if needed. Please provide me with examples of your work. I would like to get started ASAP. Daily communication is a must and well as good English. There will be more work offered upon successful completion.
