Corrections to jquery and bootstrap

I have a site with some minor issues that need to be fixed : 1) issue with modal / margin on close and return to main screen 2) jquery tab slide out - issue with height on small devices because form is too long, you need to enable slide out together with screen scroll 3) you need to link up a form from [login to view URL] page inside modal file 4) jquery - show/hide toggle - this toggle must always be hidden on landing 5) adjust some icons in panel header There are two hours of work.
