I need some help with finding some leads for people that are interested in going to school online for web development and/or computer science. The school is tuition free for new students as long as they have a high school diploma. Freelancer must know how to create a lead page that will ask for their contact details and it must be sent directly to my email. I will pay a set price of $250 for 25 leads or $500 for 50 valid leads only. I'm looking to pay the right freelancer(s) every month if leads are consistent. (Must have valid contact details and are interested in starting school). The school doesn't accept applicants outside of the United States.
