Config server to send massive email

Hi, Objective Have linux server to send massive emails (email marketing) Tasks will be: Config smtp server for 16 ip Config sending domain, 16 subdomains and DNS Config pop3 Config http + mysql for this domain Description: I need some linux expert to configure one domain with 16 subdomains with 1 ip each. So I would like to use 16 separate smtp instances to send massive email, and would like each email goes out from different ip. If you have a better solution I would appreciate. Mind that this server is in internet, so http for this domain has to work and also DNS with SPF records and DomainKeys, and POP3 account to get bounces. Price: Use to pay 50$-75$ for each server. Currently I have 4 and will need to have more in the future.
