Configure transparent Squid on a Linux running OpenVPN server

I am experienced IT professional (network/systems/database engineer). I have knowledge of linux systems and I'm open source expert (worked with most popular open source softwares, and some known only to few). I'm familiar with iptables, openvpn, squid being very profficient in each one.

Indeed it is important to properly configure the iptables rule (but it's really easy, it's just 1 rule.. ) I would also take care of letting the squid server only listen on the local vpn interface, for obvious security reasons, the main challenge is actually to make good, secure rules on your squid server. I have that exact setup running on my home server, even a bit more advanced, with filtering of certain websites and ports, so i think i would be a good choice for this job.
