Based on the following, create a HLS Streaming server. Ubuntu server OS FFmpeg to build HLS Apache web server Basic webpage with player embedded Blackmagic Design Decklink video/audio input The result will be streaming video service that is compatible with HTML5 browsers. It must function on Mac, PC, iOS & Android. We will provide Ubuntu Server installed on machine and SSH access to it for you to work.
