Very skilled Android developer

Objective: - Need a custom mobile app made (quickly!). I am looking for an Android developer who is very experienced in coding to create a simple mobile app Description of App: (keep basic until NDA signed) - A simple app that allows for a randomized view of pre-set inspirational quotes.
