Azure AI Regression Analysis Project

Hello. I Have this project i need some start up help with or fully implementation. Project Part 1: AI - Regression Analysis I have some production data, with different sort of metadata. I also have some consumption data that is used for running the production. This data, I would like to combine to make some regression analysis and KPI’s for calculate different budget values and forecast for consumption cost pr. Unit. Project Part 2: AI – Information and cost calculator I also have some information data about the production based on downtime, where I have different layer of reasons for the downtime. I also have team numbers, etc. This data I would like to use to inform me about what the reason is for a higher consumption for the production and a calculation on how much it cost for the single unplanned downtime. First I would like to make a POC (proof of concept), and if this works for me and the developer has the right skills and understanding, we will go for a fully implementation. I will make a tenant at azure portal where the developer can do what is necessary to make the correct settings and build up the structure. The developer has to give me all information about the Resources and pricing for the project before I make the tenant for the developer. This tenant will be a playground where I will give the data by .csv or .xlsx to make the POC (the files will have the tab as it was the real tables from the databases). if it gives the right results, we will at the endpoint have to setup this environment on the “Real” tenant. At the end point we will also have to connect directly to a data warehouse where all the data is stored in different databases and tables. The developer in this project must make fully documentation of how to implement, how the IA works with the data, pricing schema and etc. all documentation has to be video, pictures, text, etc. so everyone have a change to understand how to implement this. There will be no end payment before the documentation is created and it have been tested. In the POC we will only focus on the Project Part 1. I will not focus on Project Part 2 before we fully implemented the Project Part 1. Then we start with a POC again, like it was 2 different projects, but most of the data from Part 1, will also be needed in Part 2.
