alert and scanner to be added to an existing indicator

I have an existing indicator that I use to trade on the MT4 platform and I would like some small additions to it. It is an automatic Fibonacci retracement/extension indicator and I would like the new indicator to alert me when a particular candlestick pattern appears at one of the fib levels. I would like to choose which fib levels to scan as my requirements may vary on a day to day basis and I would like the indicator to scan all timeframes even if I only have 1 timeframe open. Finally I would like alerts to be audio, visual and by email.
