SJCS App Assessment: What you have explained here is a Database driven platform that creates a platform for a community to connect and share resources easily and seamlessly. Where each user will have their very own private dashboard so that they can manage and streamline their activity within the platform. I recommend Modular build, this will also give you the added ability to add new features in the future without the fear of messing anything up. So therefore , based on these facts , I am considering that the database schema will indeed be an ORM DATABASE so that all the modules within the platform will be dynamic and fluid it grows as your user engagement grows . Additionally, I feel the functioning of the application will heavily depend of a Geo-Location based structure so that if I were to find a resource of any nature, I could do that within my locality of at least a locality of my preference. Personally I feel the Samaritan component is a good touch and creates a cause driven element but I would like to know a bit more about their role. I feel the app should not just make them feel as donors but if they were inclined to be a more active part of the community, they could do so by creating / participating / even sponsoring goal driven events.
