Android OS: Convert batch of images (JPG) to video (3GP or MP4 or MOV)

I am looking for a developer that can create me a java class does the following: 1. Class has a function to accept still images as JPEG or RAWS. When it receives the first image it creates a video file in the MP4, 3GP or MOV container format and adds the image as first frame of the video. 2. More images can be added at a later time, they will be attached to the video file. 3. The class has a function to end the process of adding still images to the video stream and does the finalizing like close container file handles, etc. In short: I need a class that converts a list of images to a valid video.
